Building Permits & Inspections
The City Clerk or Mayor will strive to assist you with your construction project in an efficient and accountable manner. They are responsible for permitting all construction and arranging for inspections of all construction-related permits as well as issuance of Certificates of Occupancy.
Many projects, such as room additions, building or placing a storage building, adding a swimming pool or building or repairing a fence are regulated and will require a permit. If you are not sure, give us a call. We're here to help.
